2.4 Age Requirements: You are allowed to use RMN Services if (a) you are over 18 years old, or (b) you are an underage minor acting with the authorization and responsibility of an adult who supervises your use. ALL LIABILITY DERIVED FROM ACTS OF A MINOR RESTS EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE SUPERVISING ADULT. RMN WAIVES AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ACTS OF ANY UNDERAGE USER.

4.1 Subject to compliance with these Terms, RMN grants You a non-exclusive, revocable, time-limited, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to access and use the Services within your web browser (the "License").

4.2 RMN is the exclusive owner of all rights over the Programs, algorithms, vector assets, and source code. The License does not grant Users any Industrial or Intellectual Property rights over the Services or Programs. Copying the source code, decompiling, or distributing modified versions is strictly prohibited.

5.1 You must use the Services in good faith and solely for their intended purpose. The following actions are non-compliant and strictly barred:

• Deploying automated scraping routines, bots, or spiders against the Programs or website endpoints.
• Converting or processing documents at a rate exceeding what a human can reasonably perform using manual devices.
• Using the Services in an abusive manner that strains local hardware threads or network bandwidth.

5.2 Local Execution Disclaimer: Tools execute directly in your browser. RMN is not responsible for the performance, memory limits, or speed of your local device hardware or internet connection.

Except as expressly permitted by mandatory law, You may not, nor allow third parties to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or decompile any part of the RMN Programs or underlying algorithms.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or binary data representations.

7.1 Unlike legacy utilities that demand registration, RMN provides its core suite of 180+ image tools with zero forced sign-ups. Your settings, history, and selected presets reside strictly in your local browser storage.

7.2 In cases where developer API keys or signature dashboard accounts are registered, you remain solely responsible for safeguarding credentials and maintaining updated correspondence emails.

You agree not to use the Services for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features of the website.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojans, or technologically harmful payloads.
• Fabricating, altering, or falsifying government exam certificates, signatures, or biometric proofs with intent to deceive authorities.
• Generating, creating, or disseminating synthetic media, deepfakes, or fraudulent AI-manipulated content.

9.1 "Content" refers to images, graphic assets, signatures, and PDF documents loaded into the workbench. RMN does not access, analyze, index, or review your content.

9.2 You retain full intellectual property ownership over your content. You indemnify RMN against any third-party claims arising from unauthorized copyright infringement committed through your use of the tools.

10.1 The full core catalog of 180+ image tools is provided 100% free of charge with generous daily processing capabilities for students, photographers, and developers worldwide.

10.2 Any optional enterprise API packages or commercial volume licenses contracted are billed under transparent, pre-agreed terms with no surprise hidden fees.

11.1 RMN is the sole proprietor of all Industrial and Intellectual Property rights in the Services and Programs, including patents, copyrights, logos, brand markers ("RMN", "rmnlove.com"), SVG icons, and software codebases.

11.2 User suggestions, ideas, or feedback submitted to our team may be utilized freely by RMN to improve platform performance without financial royalty obligations.

12.1 RMN provides active maintenance to ensure 99.9% tool uptime. Users experiencing portal submission issues or bugs can reach our engineers directly through our Contact Desk.

13.1 Users must ensure they access genuine services solely via official rmnlove.com domains. RMN never solicits banking credentials or private passwords through unsolicited emails or third-party links.

14.1 We reserve the right to modify, refine, or introduce new utilities across our 26 categories to maintain compatibility with modern browser standards and next-gen graphic codecs (such as AVIF, WebP 2, and HEIC).

15.1 For commercial enterprise clients utilizing our developer API, RMN reserves the right to review traffic telemetry to verify that consumption adheres to fair usage thresholds and does not cause edge congestion.

17.1 References to third-party services or cloud drives (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) are provided solely for operational convenience. RMN does not monitor or control external terms.

18.1 Community engagement on official social channels is governed by standard codes of conduct. Content shared publicly must not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

19.1 Introducing malicious scripts, payload-carrying image binaries, or attempting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against the rmnlove.com domain infrastructure will result in immediate IP banning and formal legal prosecution under applicable cybercrime legislation.

20.1 RMN is not liable for performance failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of civil authorities, fiber severances, or regional internet blackouts.

21.1 RMN reserves the right to periodically update these Terms to reflect platform additions or legal changes. Continued use of the tools after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

22.1 These Terms remain binding for the duration of your platform use. Users may discontinue use at any time by closing their browser. RMN may block access immediately upon detection of fair use violations.

23.1 Because all core utilities are provided completely free with zero financial charge, traditional payment cancellation mechanisms do not apply. For any enterprise services, statutory cancellation rights apply in accordance with consumer regulations.

24.1 Both parties commit to treating non-public technical data, API project keys, and support communications as confidential information.

26.1 RMN may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to corporate affiliates without requiring user consent.

27.1 These Terms are governed by applicable legal rules. Both parties commit to seeking an amicable resolution for fifteen (15) business days before initiating court proceedings before competent tribunals.

28.1 If any clause is found invalid by a competent judicial authority, the remaining clauses continue with full legal validity.
